Words I like: Whats the worst that can happen?

I uploaded my first youtube video on Mar 25, 2023 I reached my first 1k subs roughly 1 year later. Creating this channel has made me roughly 10k. Half of it was a JV deal from a viewer and the other 5k was from being on TV, films, and commercials. Im currently on a billboard in Time Square and I was an extra on The Penguin on HBO and a handful of commercials. The funny thing is this all started because I took an acting class in Boston to get me comfortable in front of the camera for my Youtube channel. I actually enjoyed it and once I got comfortable I saw a couple opportunities and then I asked my self whats the worst that can happen and took a shot..

Surprisingly I was picked for these projects and the rest was history…

Im always down to try new things and because of Real Estate I do not fear rejection.

The other 5k was from a JV deal from another wholesaler that needed help closing a deal so I walked him through the entire thing, found the buyer and we got an assignment fee of 10k which we split.

Moral of the story try new things, create a channel, document your life you never know what could happen or who could use the information that you have stored in your mind!
