When Reality Hits, Growth Begins

Words I like: The Dunning–Kruger Effect - when people who know the least think they know the most… until the market reminds them how much they don’t know.

Pablo’s Perspective:

The video I dropped went viral (for me) 85K views and counting.

I caught some criticism and pushback, but it also connected me with investors nationwide who’ve hit the same bumps. Turns out, every investor goes through this phase but only the ones who keep going make it out stronger.

A YouTuber named Anton Daniels, who has over 1 million subscribers, made a video about me that’s already passed 100K views. He shared some advice in it - and honestly, the video was encouraging. It’s motivating me to keep pushing forward.

Side note: My business partner on this deal also watched the video…

I expected him to be upset, but he was actually proud that the video was 100% honest. He also said he’d help me stabilize the building while I finish my three other projects and get liquid again.

I’m actually grateful - this way, I can keep the building, start generating passive income, grow my net worth, and move beyond purely transactional deals.

I currently have two potential tenants for the vacant units, and we've started taking on some repairs. This will be the perfect case study, as I plan to document the entire process from start to finish.
