Speed Is a Superpower
Two mental hacks to make smarter decisions in less time
Words I like: "Indecision is the thief of opportunity." – Jim Rohn
Pablo’s Perspective:
You make over 35,000 decisions a day—most small, some massive. And the difference between making a call in 1 minute, 1 hour, or 1 day? That’s often the difference between momentum and stagnation.
Too many people get stuck in what’s called “analysis paralysis”—overthinking, waiting for perfect clarity, and letting opportunity slip.
Here’s how high performers move faster:
✅ No new info? Decide now.
If there’s nothing left to learn, don’t stall—act. Fast beats perfect.
✅ Can I fix it fast? Decide now.
If the cost of being wrong is low and it’s easy to adjust, make the move. You’ll learn faster and build momentum.
This has been one of my biggest hurdles—I tend to take too long to make decisions. But here’s what I’m doing to course-correct and move faster.
This is what i’ll be doing:
✅ Ask: Is there more I need to know? If not, act.
✅ Build confidence through action, not waiting
✅ Get comfortable with course-correction
Speed wins. Perfection doesn’t.
