Pablo’s Perspective:

Our team just closed on a single family property and renovations have begun. The purchase price was 230k after closing cost and fees the total was 244k. We just got a quote for 30k to renovate the entire property without material but Im projecting roughly 15k in materials so i would like to be all in for 45k for a total of 294k. The resell price will be 400k so i’m hoping to clear 100k minus selling cost!

We also submitted about 30 offers on the MLS and I submitted two off market offers from our cold callers!

The goal is atleast 5 offers per day!
