Ive been in the Real Estate industry for the past 5 Years. Ive done Wholesale deals, Fix and Flips, Wholetail Deals, Buy and Holds and even big deals as a Real Estate Agent. What ive learned from all of this is that the only true way to build wealth is to own the asset. Ive sold every deal ive ever been apart of and that right there is the mistake! Moving forward the goal is to reinvest the profits into long term holds and i will be documenting everything on Youtube!

By simply just buying property, maintaining it and then slowly raising rents you could easily become a millionaire and i will prove it by doing it myself.
