I Quit Being a Real Estate Agent

Words I like: Real Estate agents are so worried about making the 3% they forget about the 97%

This week we accepted an offer on our latest flip! We got 5k over asking which isn’t major but definitely exciting. I also closed a deal as an agent for one of my investor clients. I Also made about 30-40 offers and should have another property under contract soon.

Ive come to the conclusion that if I focus my time 100% on doing wholesale deals and flips I will be able to hit my goals.

My goal is simple - How can I make 1,000,000.00 dollars in one year…

Lets do the math on this.

If my average wholesale/flip is 20,000.00 i would need to do 50 deals in order to hit this goal!

As a Real Estate agent with the average home price of 300k @ 2% minus brokerage fees i would make $5,500.00 per deal… (SMH)

So basically i would need to do 181 traditional deals as an agent in order to hit my goal….
