Pablo’s Perspective:

I will be trying a new strategy to get wholesale deals. I hired one guy to go through all the MLS listings in my market and submit an offer at 75% on my behalf. So far i’ve gotten most of them rejected and a couple counter offers. I will also have him submitting offers on all for sale by owners and i will also be attending every auction in my county. I will be making videos on the progress but i’m sure i will eventually get a deal using this strategy!

My first auction was a disaster so i made a video explaining what happened if your interested!

People have made their entire careers from on market deals so i think its time for me to step it up.
