Words I like: Few people attain great lives, in large part because it is just so easy to settle for a good life.

Pablo’s Perspective:

Whatever you focus on expands. This is a quote i’ve read a long time ago but is something I always think about. Billionaires have the same 24 hours we have but somehow they manage to create billions of dollars and I believe its entirely because of their focus. If you focus on things that make you 5000 dollars and you’re consistent you will become an expert at making 5k. Now if you focus on doing things that make you 100k you will become an expert at that. So now what would happen if you only focus on how to create a million dollars worth of value? The lesson in this is to think bigger!

Moving forward I will stop being an expert at making 5k now what does this mean for me?

As a real estate agent my average commision is 5k and as a wholesaler the average fee is roughly 20k.

As a flipper the average profit is 50k so moving forward I will focus on wholesale deals and flips. Ill keep you guys posted on how it goes!
